Where to Stay During the Conference

Conference housing is being provided in the Northeastern dormitories and at a nearby hotel.  See below for more information on rates, options, and how to book!

Location: Boston Park Plaza (50 Park Plaza, Boston, approximately 1.3 miles from Northeastern campus).

Single/Double Occupancy – $279

Triple Occupancy – $299

Quad Occupancy – $319

DORMITORY ROOMS: FULLY BOOKED. PLEASE RESERVE A ROOM THROUGH THE HOTEL BLOCK.

Rooms in Northeastern University’s  dormitories will be available for individuals who would like to stay in the heart of campus, within a few minutes’ walk of both the Ruggles and Northeastern MBTA Stations.

AEESP attendees will be staying in hotel suite style rooms that can be reserved as singles or doubles.  All guests will arrive to a twin bed made with a fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillow, pillowcase and light blanket.  Also included are two towels, a hand towel, and a wash cloth. As comfort levels vary please pack accordingly if you need additional items. Campus WiFi is available throughout.  Toiletries such as soap and shampoo are not included.

Conference attendees only – no accompanying guests.  Have a friend attending AEESP?  Individuals choosing a double will be given the option to identify a preferred roommate.

Dormitory Pricing:

Option 1:   Fully private single $102 (one person per room with private bathroom)

Option 2:   Double occupancy $84 (two people per room, two twin beds with 1 bathroom)
